The Inauguration Ceremony of Master of Sinhala Programme 2022/2023
The inaugural ceremony of the Master of Sinhala 2022/2023 programme conducted by the Department of Sinhala, Faculty of Arts was held on 20th May 2023 at the MB Ariyapala Auditorium, the University of Colombo. Senior Professor Lasantha Manawadu, Dean of the Faculty of Arts graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, and Emeritus Professor JB Disanayaka delivered the Keynote Address. Senior Professor Sandagomi Coperahewa, the Head of the Department of Sinhala and Co-ordinator of the Master of Sinhala programme, and academic staff members of the Department of Sinhala and students of the course participated in this event.
