Appreciation and Recognition: Awarding Certificates to the Committee Members of ARS 2023

The University successfully concluded the inauguration ceremony of the Annual Research Symposium (ARS) 2023 on November 2, 2023. Subsequently, various faculties, institutes, Sri Palee Campus, UCSC, and the Library conducted their respective research sessions. Following the completion of all ARS 2023-related activities, certificates were awarded to the committee members at the Senate Hall, College House, on January 3, 2024, in appreciation of their services. The event was graced by the presence of the Vice-Chancellor, Senior Professor (Chair) H D Karunaratne, who served as the Chief Guest.
Notable attendees included the Acting Registrar, Ms Vajira Hapuhinna Jayaratne, the Chairperson of the ARS 2023, Professor Tharusha N Gooneratne, the Assistant Registrar of the Academic and Publications Branch, Mr S M Shifar, and members of various committees, including Editorial, Inauguration, and IT & Publicity.
