UOC Receives Silver Award for Excellence in Education at TAGS Award Ceremony

We are delighted to announce that the University of Colombo has been honoured with the Silver Award in the Education sector at the TAGS Award organized by CA Sri Lanka. This prestigious recognition highlights the university’s unwavering dedication to transparency, accountability, governance, and sustainability in corporate reporting, particularly through its annual report for the year 2022. The award ceremony took place at the Shangri-La Hotel on December 12^th, 2023, and the Acting Vice Chancellor, Professor N S Punchihewa, and Bursar, Mrs Thanuja Dharmasena, participated in the event, representing the University.
