UNFPA Regional Advisor visits University of Colombo
Mr Rintaro Mori, the Regional Advisor of UNFPA, Asia -Pacific on Population Ageing and Sustainable Development visited University of Colombo on 8th July 2019. During the visit Mr Mori met Senior Professor Chandrika Wijeyaratne, the Vice Chancellor and Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, the Chair Demography at the College House. The UNFPA representatives and Mr. Mori expressed their willingness in partnering with University of Colombo for a project initiated by UNFPA. Mr. Mori was accompanied by Ms. Madhusha Dissanayake, Assistant Representative UNFPA, Sri Lanka and Mr. Greg Sabella, Data Management Analyst, UNFPA at the meeting. The meeting was organized by the International Office, University of Colombo.
