Inauguration and Information Session for the 2024/27 intake of DBA

The Inauguration Ceremony and Information Session for the 2024/27 intake of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Degree Programme at the Faculty of Management & Finance (FMF) was held on August 24, 2024.

Senior Professor (Chair) H D Karunaratne, Vice-Chancellor of the University, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Also in attendance were Professor Nihal Hennayake, Dean of the faculty, Professor B Nishantha, Coordinator of the Postgraduate & Mid-Career Development Unit, Professor Tharusha Gooneratne, Coordinator of the DBA Programme, and Ms Manuja Dannangoda, Deputy Registrar of the faculty, along with other staff members and students from the new intake.

Following the inauguration, the Programme Coordinator led an information session, which was followed by an experience-sharing session with Dr. Anusha Liyanage, a DBA graduate of the faculty.
