CTHE certificate awarding Ceremony of the 25th batch
The certificate award ceremony for the 25th batch of the CTHE course, conducted by the Staff Development Centre for the year 2022, took place on January 23, 2024, at the Senate Hall of the College House, with the distinguished presence of the Vice Chancellor, Senior Professor (Chair) H D Karunaratne. The Director of the SDC, Professor S P Premarathne, the Coordinator of the CTHE course, Dr S Rajadurai, along with former Directors and Directress of the SDC, the Deans of the Faculties, the Acting Registrar, the Bursar, and the Director of the Institutions, graced the ceremonial occasion as guest invitees.
During the ceremony, the Vice Chancellor awarded certificates to eighty-two recipients who completed the course. Among them, seventy-three participants received SEDA (UK) certificates, while others received CTHE certificates from the University of Colombo. Notably, Dr. Shrinika Weerakoon was awarded for the best performance in the course.
