Workshop Certificate Awarding Ceremony 2024 – HRDC
The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) hosted its Certificate Awarding Ceremony on 7th November 2024, to honour the achievements of participants who completed four impactful workshops. The event celebrated the professional development of both academic and non-academic staff, underscoring HRDC’s unwavering commitment to continuous growth within the university.
The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including Senior Professor (Chair) H D Karunaratne, Vice Chancellor of the University, as the Chief Guest. Mrs K C Sanjeevani Perera, the Registrar, and Ms J T L Dharmasena, the Bursar, were also in attendance, alongside HRDC leadership, including Director Professor S P Premaratna and CTHE Course Coordinator Dr S Rajadurai, who joined in celebrating the participants’ success. A total of 240 participants were awarded certificates for completing four key workshops designed to strengthen essential competencies for academic and professional growth. These workshops contributed significantly to enhancing service delivery and capacity-building at the University.

- Learn, Practice, and Apply Job-Ready Skills
- New Approaches for Enhancing Workplace Productivity and Improving Service Delivery
- Familiarizing Living Values Education
