UOC signs an MOU with the Asia Foundation

The Asia Foundation and the University of Colombo entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 17 May 2023 to develop post-graduate courses on Mediation in collaboration with the Centre for the Study of Human Rights (CSHR), to support the Faculty of Law in developing and designing course content related to Commercial Mediation and to set up a Centre for Mediation that would allow student engagement. This would instil in potential law students and legal practitioners the knowledge and practical skills needed to become effective and efficient mediators.
