UCIARS Welcomes 14th Intake of Bachelor of Agro-Technology Honours Degree program
University of Colombo Institute for Agro-Technology and Rural Sciences (UCIARS) admitted 240 students for the 14th intake of the Bachelor of Agro-Technology Honours degree program on the 31st of January 2023. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Vice Chancellor, Senior Professor (Chair) H.D. Karunaratne as the Chief Guest, Professor A. D. Ampitiyawatta, Director of UCIARS, heads of the Agro-Technology and Food Technology departments, as well as academic and non-academic staff. The ceremony marked the admission of the students from the 640 applications received for the new intake.
