“Thulawa” – Launch of the Legal Educational Magazine
The current students of the Faculty of Law intends to continue the legacy of the Faculty of Law by contributing to legal education through the launching of a magazine in Sinhala to fill the gap pertaining to the lack of reading materials available in Sinhala. The magazine titled “Thulawa” was launched on the 4th of March 2016. This initiative was supported and guided by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Colombo – Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Dean of the Faculty of Law – Ms. Indira Nanayakkara and the respective Heads of Departments of the Faculty of Law.
