Strengthening Cultural and Academic Relations Between Iran and Sri Lanka
Mr Ali Kebriaei Zadeh, Cultural Counsellor of the Iran Cultural Centre, visited the University of Colombo and met with the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Indika Mahesh Karunathilake, at College House on 05 May 2026. The visit aimed to strengthen cultural and academic ties between Iran and Sri Lanka, with discussions focusing on future cooperation in education, research, and cultural exchange.
