University of Colombo Recognised in ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects 2026

The University of Colombo is pleased to announce that three of its academic subjects have been recognised in the 2026 ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS). The University is ranked in Physics, Clinical Medicine, and Public Health, with all three subjects in the 401–500 global ranking band. This recognition reflects the University of Colombo’s continued commitment to academic excellence, research, and contribution to the advancement of knowledge at both national and international levels.
