University of Colombo obtains grade “A” at the Institutional Review 2016
University of Colombo obtains grade “A” in grading of overall university performances at the Institutional Review 2016. Accordingly, the Quality of Education and Standards of Awards of the University of Colombo is given an Overall Grade of Very Good. The following criteria were measured at the Institutional Review.

- Learning Resources, Student Support and Progression
- Student Assessment and Awards
- Strength and Quality of Staff
- Postgraduate studies, Research, Innovation and Commercialization
- Community Engagement, Consultancy and Outreach

- Quality Assurance
Institutional review presentation was presented by Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Colombo at the Institutional Review Committee meeting held on 14th March 2016 at the Senate Hall of University of Colombo.
