FIM Enrolls 185 Students in BAMS and BUMS Programs for the academic year 2021/2022

The inauguration of the orientation program for the 1st batch of BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) and BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) of the Faculty of Indigenous Medicine was ceremonially held at the Faculty premises on 1st June 2023 for the academic year 2021/2022. A total of 185 students have been enrolled in these academic programs. The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, the Vice Chancellor Senior Professor (Chair) H.D. Karunaratne. Additionally, Professor Pathirage Kamal Perera, the Dean of the Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, Dr Rajitha Silva, the Senior Student Counselor, along with the Heads of Departments and staff members from the Faculty were present at the ceremony.
