Felicitation of Vice-Chancellor Professor Lakshman Dissanayake

The Alumni Association of the University of Colombo held a felicitation ceremony for Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, to mark his appointment as Vice-Chancellor of the University of Colombo.

This event was held from 4.00 pm onwards on the 15th October 2015, at the Senate Hall of the College House.

It was graced by Hon. Mohan Lal Grero, the State Minister for University Education and Highways, Professor Mohan de Silva, Chairman of the University Grants Commission and many other distinguished invitees. All senior academics of the University of Colombo, including Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments and senior professors as well as senior administrators of the University also attended this event.
