Delegation from Peoples Friendship University, Russia visited University of Colombo

A delegation composed of Professor Natalya Syulkova; Deputy Vice Rector for International Affairs,  Prof. Elena M. Gorozhankina; Deputy Vice-Rector for International Affairs, Prof. Gushchina U.S.; Vice-Dean of the Medical Institute Peoples Friendship University, Russia visited University of Colombo and met Professor Lakshman Dissanayake to discuss about potential collaboration between the two universities

Ms. Anastasia Khokhlova; First Secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation, Director of the Russian Centre in Colombo and Mr. Buddhapriya Ramanayake; Chief Executive Officer, Russian Centre in Colombo, Cultural Section of the Embassy of the Russian Federation accompanied the delegation.

Dr. Nirmalie Wijegoonawardene ; head, Dept. of History, Dr. Nirmal Dewasiri, Dept. of History, Dr. Janaki Jayawardene, Dept. of History, Dr. Darshi Thoradeniya, SPARC and Dr. Kokila Konasinghe ;director, International Office, University of Colombo also participated at the meeting.
