ZPMC Lanka Sponsors First International Conference on Business Sustainability

The University of Colombo formalized a significant partnership with ZPMC Lanka Company (Private) Limited through a sponsorship agreement for the upcoming First International Conference on Business Sustainability on July 25, 2024. The signing ceremony took place at Senate Hall, College House marking a key milestone in the university’s commitment to advancing sustainability in business practices.

The sponsorship agreement was signed by Mr Sudath De Silva, General Manager of ZPMC Lanka, on behalf of the company. This collaboration will support the inaugural conference, scheduled to be held on October 30, 2024. The conference will focus on three critical tracks: business sustainability, environmental sustainability, and social sustainability, providing a platform for academics, industry leaders, and policymakers to discuss and explore sustainable practices across these vital areas.
