Dr. Harinda Vidanage – Director at BCISLKA, Researcher on International Relations & Cyber politics, Mr. Jagath Wallewatte – Senior Lecturer, Department of Sociology, Author & Social Researcher and Mr. Nalaka Gunawardena- Science Writer, Tech Watcher & Media Analyst were the panelists in this discussion.
