The 18^th International Conference of Advances in ICT for Emerging Regions

The 18^th International Conference of Advances in ICT for Emerging Regions (ICTer2018) was held from 27^th to 28^th September 2018 in the University of Colombo School of Computing auditorium.  The conference included several pre and post-conference workshops on the 26^th and 29^th of September, conducted by top experts in the cutting edge areas of Computer Science and Information and Communication Technology.
