
Guest Lecture on the Interaction of Confucianism, Buddhism & Taoism by Dr Wang Fei
The Faculty of Arts hosted a guest lecture titled “The Interaction of Confucianism, Buddhism & Taoism” on May 16, 2017. The session was conducted by Dr Wang Fei, a lecturer at the School of Politics & International Relations at Honghe University, China. Dr Fei holds a PhD in the Philosophy of Religious Studies from Assumption University, Thailand, where her research focused on “Interfaith Dialogue.” She has contributed to numerous international conferences and published articles on topics such as “A Comparison between Chinese Culture and American Culture,” “The Critical Research of Abortion,” and “Does God Have Many Names.” The event was organised under the Arts category and offered an enriching exploration of the philosophical and cultural interconnections between these three major Eastern traditions.
