"THE MAKING OF A LEGACY" | A discussion to Embolden the enthusiasm of the society in conserving mother nature for generations to come

Nature, the utmost creative and controlling force in the universe needs more enthusiastic naturalists to protect her worth now, more than ever. Hence, the Base for Enthusiasts in Environmental Science and Zoology (BEEZ), in collaboration with BOTSOC and FOS media of the Faculty of Science, University of Colombo has come together to organize a scientific discussion to embolden the enthusiasm of the society in conserving mother nature for generations to come. The guest speaker for the session will be Dr. Rohan Pethiyagoda, a renowned naturalist and foremost biodiversity expert who was awarded the Linnean Medal for Zoology 2022 by the Linnean Society of London.
