Academic Mentoring Program of the Faculty of Medicine (AMP-UCFM)organizes the University of Colombo Mentoring Day 2021 and this event will be offered as a one-day virtual conference on 22nd January 2021. Mentoring day is a post-congress activity of the University’s main annual research symposium. University of Colombo, Professional colleges in Medicine, and other Universities (both government and private) are invited to attend this session. It is aimed at raising awareness of mentoring among academia and providing support to establish formal mentoring in other academic institutions in Sri Lanka. The session serves as an ideal platform for the participants to improve awareness on mentoring and to gain awareness of the support available from University of Colombo to establish similar programs in their own institutions. Sessions will be offered under different themes and the CPD programs will be offered to interested participants.
