Workshop on “New Trends in Library Space Design: Library Design with Low Cost or No Budget”
Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Vice Chancellor University of Colombo lighting the traditional oil lamp at the Inaugural Ceremony of the Workshop on “New Trends in Library Space Design: Library Design with Low Cost or No Budget”, organized by the National Institute of Library and Information Sciences (NILIS), University of Colombo. The workshop was held on 21-22 November 2016 at NILIS, in collaboration of the Goethe-Institut, Colombo. Nearly forty participants from all over the country, representing several library sectors; mainly academic, and special libraries attended.
