Launch of the University of Colombo new official website
The launch of the redesigned official website of the University of Colombo was held on the 02nd March 2016 at the Senate Hall of the University of Colombo. Professor PSM Gunaratne, the Vice Chairman of the University Grants Commission graced the event as the Chief Guest. Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake, Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo, Deans of the Faculties, Directors of the Institutes , Professor Senaka Rajapakse, Director, Network Operations Centre , and several other academic and administrative staff members were among the distinguished gathering.
The Registrar warmly welcomed the gathering. The Vice Chairman of the University Grants Commission launched the website. The Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo then briefed about the content of the website.
