“Annual International Research Conference on Management and Finance (IRCMF) is organized by the Faculty of Management & Finance, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, with the worthy intention of inculcating a research culture among the academia and the industry. This year, The Faculty is organizing the 11th International Conference, which  will be held on the 09th December 2016. IRCMF 2016 will be a forum for scholars, academics, researchers and industry experts for knowledge sharing and networking”
